Job Summary
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner while providing comprehensive information about recreational activities, programs, facilities, and amenities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, assist with inquiries and issue resolution, and offer personalized recommendations. Collaborate with the recreation team to ensure a seamless guest experience and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking. Manage point-of-sale transactions and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requires previous cash handling experience, proficiency with POS systems, and availability for flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Davidson Hospitality Group is a drug free workplace. Pre-employment drug test and background check required
