Job Summary
Organize and conduct recreational activities and events for guests of all ages, including outdoor sports, arts and crafts, and nature-inspired pursuits. Interact with guests to provide exciting and memorable experiences while assisting with event logistics at Baker's Cay Resort. Work outdoors in various weather conditions within a team-oriented environment, supporting the resort's hospitality heart and kindness for all.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

- Background check
