Job Summary
Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests for recreation activities while promoting facility rules and safety protocols. Provide information on available facilities, clean and maintain equipment, and process payments for rentals or retail sales. Observe activities to identify unsafe situations, report accidents and injuries to the manager, and respond appropriately to emergencies per local procedures. Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and answer telephones using professional etiquette. Complete safety training and certifications, including CPR and First Aid. Perform physical duties such as lifting objects up to 25 pounds independently and over 50 pounds with assistance, while maintaining a clean uniform and professional appearance.
