As a Recreation Assistant, you will lead group and independent activities for residents, assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs according to the residents' assessments and care plans. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have the ability to plan and lead groups, and be capable of multi-tasking and addressing individual needs.
