Job Summary
Develop and lead recreational activities for patients (arts and crafts, games, outings) in collaboration with rehabilitation teams to support patients' physical, emotional, and social well-being. Design and implement activities tailored to diverse needs, promote socialization and interaction among patients, maintain a safe and clean environment per infection-control standards, and document patient participation and progress. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting, and strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks involving bending, standing, and walking.
