Job Summary
As a Recreation Assistant at CareOne (Lexington, MA), you will plan, develop, and implement group and individual activities for geriatric residents, participate in discharge planning and activity care plans, and contribute to resident quality of life. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and prior recreation/activities experience in long-term care (dementia activity experience preferred).
