Job Summary
Lead group and independent activities for the resident population while assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs. Align all activities with the resident's assessment and care plan, ensuring you can multi-task and plan for individual needs. This role requires the ability to plan and lead groups, with a preference for experience within a skilled nursing environment, activity programming, or dementia care.
