Job Summary

Support service users from entry through their treatment and recovery journey by providing screening, assessment, and personalized recovery planning. Reduce alcohol-related harm while promoting carer, service user, and community involvement through advocacy for partnership services. Deliver structured content in group settings tailored to needs such as anger management and sleep disorders, then debrief with co-facilitators to review progress. Research and prepare subject matter for workshops, working with the alcohol team on monthly community detox support. Engage in social reintegration efforts to enable meaningful lives, prioritizing peer support and self-determination within the Barnet service.
