Job Summary
Lead Recovery Support Staff Training and Development while coordinating daily RSS operations and staff support. Provide client behavioral and crisis support, oversee safety, accountability, and medication procedures, and maintain documentation to uphold quality standards. Promote collaboration, communication, and compliance across Recovery Support Staff, House Management, and clinical teams. This role includes days/evenings shifts with one weekend day per week and rotating on-call availability. CommQuest Services, Inc., a leading non-profit in Northeast Ohio, partners with Great Minds Fellowship to deliver in-patient, outpatient, and school-based programs for addiction recovery.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- some college education preferred
- one (1) year of professional experience working with clients in the chemical dependency/addiction services field
- active CDCA credential or obtain and maintain a CDCA credential within 12 months of hire
- current CPR/First Aid certification
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training and certification
- any required level of licensure or credentialing based on assigned duties, training, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Valid driver's license
- vehicle insurance
- driving record that meets agency insurance requirements
- Availability for rotating on-call shifts
- some evenings and weekends
