Job Summary
Conduct continuous patient supervision, perform scheduled safety checks, and monitor behavior to ensure facility safety. Respond to crisis situations using approved de-escalation techniques and document observations, vital signs, and CLIA-waived testing results including urine drug and pregnancy screenings. Assist with admissions, discharges, patient movement, and group coordination while supporting engagement in treatment programming and daily routines. Communicate relevant patient information to the multidisciplinary treatment team and collaborate with clinical, nursing, and medical staff to maintain a structured, therapeutic environment. Work on-site in Baldwinville, MA, as a part-time role from 11 PM to 7:30 AM. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/equivalent or higher
- Minimum age of 21
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, and/or mental health settings
- Experience working in detoxification and/or residential levels of care
- Behavioral health certification or related education
- Ability to maintain professionalism, empathy, and composure in high-stress or crisis situations
- Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team
