Recovery Support Navigator Supervisor

Support the Director of RSN services in delivering Recovery Support Navigator services aligned with the RSN model and DOC contracts. Provide ongoing training and supervisory support to RSN staff, serving as a point of contact when the Director is absent. Participate in QI and compliance activities including record reviews, audits, and site visits, while assisting with episode management in the electronic health record system. Complete required documentation for services as mandated by Spectrum, DOC, and regulatory bodies within established timeframes. Assist patients with transportation and housing resources when needed, and attend DOC facility access hours to field inquiries from the incarcerated population. Participate in multidisciplinary team treatment planning, case reviews, and case conferences as necessary. Maintain adequate knowledge of emergency preparedness plans and procedures for both Spectrum and DOC.
