Job Summary
Recovery Specialists work as part of the team model at Grace House, a residential treatment program for mothers in early recovery. Responsibilities include establishing communication and support for families, mediating resident concerns, coordinating with community organizations, providing intervention services, and assisting clients in successful parenting during recovery. Required qualifications include a high school education, written and verbal communication skills, and competency with computers, while knowledge in the recovery field is preferred. This is a per diem position with flexible scheduling across all shifts, offering a pay rate of $18.00/hr.
Required Qualifications
- High school or better required
- Ability to work with computers
- Experience with substance abuse treatment preferred
