Job Summary
Process accounts in default secured by collateral to minimize loss, preparing and analyzing department reporting while complying with federal regulations and state laws regarding real-estate foreclosures and repossessions. Independently resolve complex situations using multiple business tools, maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal partners, and meet monthly performance metrics. Assist with quality monitoring, approve charge-off reports within authorized levels, and engage in testing new systems. Update training guides and support audit deliverables. This role involves 1st shift coverage in the United States with an annual salary range of $45,760 to $70,940.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 3+ years of successful Repossession, Foreclosure and/or Default experience
- Ability to resolve complex situations related to business processes
- Robust verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
- Familiar with internal job related systems
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate work
- English (Required)
- 1st shift (United States of America)
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of Repossession, Foreclosure, and other job specific experience
- Higher level/secondary education, some college, Associates degree or Bachelor's degree
- Previous supervisory experience
