Collect on bad debt accounts via outbound and inbound calls, locate customers to resolve financial obligations, and utilize skip tracing and third-party collection methods. Achieve individual monthly goals through persuasive communication and negotiation skills. Requires two years of recent consumer collections experience and the ability to train others. No travel expected; normal working hours in a Libertyville, IL office.
