Job Summary
The Recovery Specialist II provides direct and indirect mental health services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards, engaging with clients to address their physical and psychological needs. This role requires knowledge of mental health conditions and nursing skills, valid Washington state credentials, and a willingness to use personal and company vehicles for client transportation. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D and two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting
- Knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, as well as mental and physical health conditions and terminologies
- Must have a current Washington Agency Affiliated Counselor certification
- Valid and current driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance with your name as a driver
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings
