Job Summary
Provide high-quality care to women in recovery; monitor medications and conduct hourly safety checks on individuals served; complete shift reports and required documentation accurately and on time; support a recovery-focused environment by providing structure, safety, and empathy. Must have a High School Diploma or GED, strong compassion and understanding for individuals in recovery, computer skills for email and documentation, ability to build empathetic relationships, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle for occasional transportation. Shifts include Sunday-Thursday 3:00pm-11:30pm and 11:00pm-7:00am; per diem available. Pay is $22.00 per hour. BHN operates behavioral health care across Massachusetts since 1938.
