Recovery Specialist

Review and evaluate settled files from Claims to determine new assignment distribution to recovery staff. Oversee the entire salvage process, including management of individual salvage assignments, title document requests, bid approvals, and sale proceeds. Facilitate legal referrals and follow up with the Allied Legal department for recovery-related issues. Provide guidance and instruction to team members, communicate procedure updates, and train new employees on recovery processes. Assist the Recovery Manager in managing ACH disbursements, updating spreadsheets, and ensuring the team meets service level requirements. Handle a partial skip claim portfolio while managing salvage files and supporting the coordination of work activities within the unit.
