Job Summary

Answer incoming calls professionally, identify customer needs, and provide solutions while de-escalating challenging situations independently. Coordinate redemption appointments by managing the in-house calendar and facilitating scheduling with Recovery Representatives. Obtain required documentation, complete redemption paperwork accurately, and ensure company obligations are met. Apply all applicable rules and compliance standards while supporting corporate quality control and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform administrative and quality-related tasks as required. This role requires post-secondary education and a background in Collections, with 3+ years of customer service experience. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a salary range of $49,500 - $60,500.
