Job Summary
Recovery Receptionist at Villa Sport: Maintain a well-stocked and safe recovery area, manage the appointment system, and guide members to suitable services under supervision of the Recovery and Spa Supervisor. Responsibilities include executing tasks per standards, delivering a consistently cheerful member experience, and assisting with member service needs. Requires 5-star customer service, problem-solving, excellent communication and selling skills, and proficient computer skills; prior experience in a day spa or recovery center and team leadership is a plus. Benefits include $18.45-$20.30 hourly (based on experience), 401(k) with company match up to 4%, complimentary club membership, and flexible schedule. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- First aid/CPR certificate within 90 days of hire date
- 5-star customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and selling skills
- Proficient computer skills; able to learn new software and systems efficiently
- Experience working for or managing a day spa or recovery center
- Experience leading a team and being a part of a high-performing team
- Outgoing, friendly personality with ability to work with and serve all kinds of people
