Job Summary
Facilitate research and data collection, lead focus groups, and advance health campaigns to support community recovery goals. Mobilize volunteers, create education campaigns, and conduct training on pathways to recovery while committing to your own professional development. Share your experience with the community to maximize organizational impact. Join a 2026-27 AmeriCorps program year (September 2026–July 2027) working 40 hours per week during daytime hours Monday through Friday. Full-time members receive a bi-weekly stipend of $16.24 per hour, free health insurance, child care assistance, and up to $7,395 in education awards.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and have a history of good attendance
- Able to understand and follow instructions
- Able to set a pace and maintain a service schedule, depending on the agreed upon hours commitment
- Proficient in basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
- 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States
- Able to successfully complete a background check
