Job Summary
Track, locate, and secure assets flagged for recovery while executing tasks in full compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and local regulations. Lead a team of recovery agents with discipline, ensuring vehicles are securely returned, documented, and inspected upon receipt. Maintain accurate logs of all recovery attempts, customer interactions, and asset handovers, then complete forms, checklists, and incident reports in a timely manner. Report daily activity and progress to the Recovery Lead, supporting community-level negotiations or interventions with customers, guarantors, or law enforcement as directed. Escalate unresolved or high-risk cases with complete documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Proven experience 1-2 years in field operations
- Good understanding of logistics and fleet management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with drivers and customers
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
