Recovery Manager - Summit and Surrounding Counties

Recovery Manager responsible for conducting face-to-face eligibility evaluations and assessments, developing individualized, person-centered care plans, and coordinating/authorizing services across behavioral health, medical, and community-based systems. Leads as the advocate and care coordinator for participants, assists with Medicaid access, monitors service delivery for compliance, and maintains confidentiality. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; preferred LSW or RN; minimum 3 years’ experience in home/community-based services; strong knowledge of Medicaid and behavioral health systems. Remote flexibility with meaningful community engagement in Ohio counties; duties include adherence to CareStar policies and safeguarding patient information.
