Job Summary
Drive cooperation across functions to prevent costs from damages, sales errors, and quality problems. Utilize methods to optimize revenue from products otherwise unsellable and contribute to sustainability goals by giving items a second chance or sustainable divestment. Listen to customer complaints to offer informed solutions ensuring a positive store impression, while actively creating quality awareness by communicating corrective actions and Q-news. Provide feedback on quality reports, communicate achieved actions through Q-alarm, and apply merchandising techniques for a commercially attractive Circular Shop. Requires extensive knowledge of store functions, recovery processes, business navigation, and supply chain impacts on the brand. Apply by 15 September 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong drive to prevent unhappy product flow
- Able to optimize revenue on the unhappy flow
- Excellent networking, interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work on weekend, shift hours and Public holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Good understanding of merchandising techniques and how to create a commercially attractive Circular Shop
- Extensive knowledge of functions in the store level and how they contribute to the Recovery process
- Good insights into business navigation with a deep understanding for how Recovery in the best way contributes to the bottom line
- An understanding of the processes related to quality, sustainability, change management and process improvements within IKEA
- Having the knowledge in store operation, product/range and supply chain and understanding of how product quality and safety issues affects the IKEA Brand
