Job Summary
Coordinate housing operations and support residents in a licensed recovery housing program. Duties include maintaining a substance-free environment, responding to incidents, conducting daily check-ins with Level 2 and 3 residents, organizing resident moves, providing orientation to new residents, ensuring on-site coverage four days a week with ability to cover overnight/weekends, facilitating resident meetings and accountability processes, conducting weekly reports and inspections, transporting residents between locations, and collaborating with clinical staff to connect residents with medical, financial, housing, and social supports. The role combines housing leadership with case management duties for clinical tasks, requires driving, and expects compliance with ORH policies; preferred Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field (or equivalent experience) and CDCA credential.”,
Required Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience in substance abuse recovery or supportive housing
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Must pass BCI check, Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screen
- Age 25 years or older
- CDCA (preferred)
