Recovery House Coordinator

Oversee daily operations of two Recovery Houses by facilitating occupancy, reviewing housing applications, and enforcing house rules to maintain a safe sober living environment. Conduct regular drug screens and house inspections while engaging residents to promote recovery, motivate them, and guide them toward vocational and occupational goals. Collaborate with case managers and clinical staff to ensure positive resident outcomes through scheduled staffing, and maintain timely, confidential documentation of all activities. Requires current Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant certification, two years of sober living management experience, and a valid Ohio driver's license. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with 14 paid holidays, 80 hours of vacation, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
