RECOVERY FACILITATOR- Recovery Paths

Job Summary
Provide direct mental health services to assigned clients, including assessment, group/individual, and family therapy as needed. Create and implement recovery-focused curriculum for workshops and group settings while monitoring participant recovery plans regarding community integration and employment potential. Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and case managers to coordinate treatment goals, crisis planning, and vocational training assessments. Complete required clinical and administrative documentation, maintain caseloads for recovery pathways, and participate in annual in-service education and psychiatric rehabilitation trainings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, sociology mental health or public service
- 18 hours per year of in-service education related to job responsibilities
- 19 hours of Psychiatric Rehabilitation trainings
- Eligibility requires 45 hours minimum within a two year employment period
Desired Qualifications
- PLUS CPRP certification shall be attained within two (2) years of hire
