Job Summary

Coordinate the day-to-day operations and overall management of the Recovery Court program; ensure program compliance with All Rise Recovery Court best practices, grant requirements, and state/federal regulations; lead and support a multidisciplinary team including court personnel, attorneys, therapists, probation officers, and community partners; facilitate regular team meetings, case discussions, and program planning sessions; supervise, train, and support Recovery Court Case Managers; oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of program staff; monitor program outcomes through data collection, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts; prepare and submit required reports in compliance with grant and contract requirements; develop and manage program budgets in collaboration with leadership; serve as liaison to the Recovery Court steering committee and support fundraising and community engagement efforts; coordinate referrals and ensure clients have access to appropriate services, including housing resources; collaborate with internal clinical teams to ensure delivery of evidence-based treatment services; maintain adherence to agency policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements; perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in behavioral health, case management, or justice-involved services
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of community resources and service systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tracking/reporting systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable regulations
