Job Summary
Recovery Coordinator manages client intake by answering and returning phone calls, prescreens potential clients, verifies insurance, and assists with transportation resources. Collaborates with program staff to ensure effective client placement, advocates for clients navigating treatment and external resources, and maintains accurate records while supporting community engagement. Responsibilities include answering and returning calls, prescreening, recording conversations, establishing insurance, coordinating transportation resources, coordinating with multiple teams for client placement, reporting to internal/external entities, attending mandatory meetings, and supporting community outreach. Must obtain CPR within 3 months and have at least one year of customer service experience, with preference for experience in a clinical environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- Must be able to achieve CPR certification within 3 months of hire
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- At least one year of experience working in a clinical environment preferred
- Superior organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Must be proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information, people, and processes
- Experience working with electronic health records
