Recovery Coordinator

Recovery Coordinator role based in Harrogate (North Yorkshire Horizons), supporting individuals with problematic drug and alcohol use through personalised recovery and treatment plans. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, creating and reviewing ongoing recovery/treatment plans, guiding clients from initial engagement to structured treatment, supporting stages from assessment to aftercare, reducing substance-related harm, and collaborating with partners to optimise health and wellbeing. Requires experience in managing a caseload, knowledge of substance misuse, and a relevant Health and Social Care qualification. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
