Job Summary
Manage a caseload of individuals accessing structured treatment for opiate dependence by completing comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, and recovery plans tailored to individual needs. Deliver evidence-based psychosocial interventions, motivational interviewing, and harm reduction advice while supporting those prescribed opioid substitution treatment through regular reviews and close partnership working with prescribing clinicians. Promote recovery capital by facilitating access to education, employment, housing, healthcare, family support, and community resources. Carry out safeguarding responsibilities for adults and children, escalate concerns in accordance with local and organisational procedures, and encourage engagement with peer support and recovery communities. Work collaboratively with GPs, mental health services, probation, housing providers, and other partner agencies to deliver coordinated care. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic case records in accordance with CGL policies and data protection legislation. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision.
Required Qualifications

- right to work in the UK at the time of application
- Enhanced level Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check eligibility
