Recovery Coach Supervisor | Springfield, Ma

Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate, and support Peer Recovery Coaches while coordinating their schedules and facilitating individual and group supervision. Liaise with referent agencies, families, and outside service providers to coordinate intakes and assign coaches, ensuring program and individual records remain current and compliant with funding standards. Model a supportive team approach, coach staff as needed, and provide on-call coverage to address staff questions and system navigation. Supervise specialty coaching for populations including postpartum women and individuals with gambling histories, while implementing agency policies and completing weekly and monthly reports. Travel as needed to support specialty sites such as emergency departments.
