Job Summary
Understand and fully support the Recovery Coach Model while developing and implementing community activities that promote recovery for vulnerable populations. Manage a reasonable sized caseload as a long term one on one recovery coach, maintaining strict confidentiality and developing trusting relationships with individuals. Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the program and individuals, with employment starting September 1, 2026. Perform other duties assigned as necessary to maintain the program operations of the Outpatient Clinic.
Required Qualifications
- Lived experience with sustained recovery
- Recovery Coaches must attend the DPH-BSAS 5-day Recovery Coach Academy
- Valid MA driver's license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance
- Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check
