Monitor and communicate with clients, provide rehabilitation groups under supervision, and support client ADLs as needed. Assist in crisis intervention and ensure appropriate documentation per policies and procedures. This role involves driving duties, including the transportation of clients, requiring a valid CA Driver's License and a successful DMV driving history check. Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED and two years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting, or substitute this with 52 hours of training. The position is on-call at Freise Hope House, a Crisis Residential Treatment Program, where guests receive recovery-based tools like DBT and WRAP to manage symptoms and develop community skills.
