Job Summary
Recovery Coach on the Court Ordered Treatment Team provides clinical oversight of member care and coordinates services (case management, outreach, crisis intervention, and counseling) for Title 36 outpatient clients; supports assessment and service planning and monitors implementation of the court-ordered treatment plan; clinic hours are Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm at the Tucson, AZ location(s).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master’s degree, no experience necessary
- Associate degree plus two years behavioral health work experience
- High School Diploma or GED plus Peer Support Specialist certification plus three years of behavioral health work experience
- High School Diploma or GED plus four years of behavioral health work experience
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- This is a Safety Sensitive Position under AZ Drug Testing of Employees Act
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Behavioral Health (preferred)
- Experience in behavioral health settings welcome but not required
- Peer Support Specialist certification (as part of minimum qualifications)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Clean driving record and AZ driver’s license
