Job Summary
Recovery Coach needed for Eliot’s Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS). Provide client-centered support to adults with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance use challenges. Responsibilities include helping clients develop autonomy and self-advocacy, collaborating with the ACCS team to incorporate client preferences into care, offering guidance, advocacy, and education throughout the recovery process, and promoting hope through recovery-focused, strengths-based engagement. Participate in creating person-centered treatment plans and assist clients in identifying and communicating their recovery goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with adults with substance use disorders
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license
