Job Summary
Provide prompt, courteous service and assistance to members while replenishing, stocking, and straightening merchandise across the sales floor. Keep the environment clean, neat, and fully organized by folding apparel, removing empty cardboard, and ensuring accurate signage. Maintain club policies and procedures, resolve member concerns, and escalate issues as appropriate. Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments. Requires regular, predictable, full attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes

- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Ability to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Ability to use a pallet jack to pull and push pallets
- Ability to bend, climb, crawling, pulling, reaching, stooping and climbing ladders/step stools
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures in freezers and coolers
- Ability to be exposed to company authorized cleaning agents
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI tools, including ChatGPT
