Job Summary
Provide prompt and courteous service and assistance to members while replenishing, stocking, and straightening merchandise across the sales floor. Maintain a clean, neat, and fully organized environment by ensuring proper signage, folding apparel, removing empty cardboard, and using a pallet jack for heavy items up to 30 pounds. Adhere to club policies and procedures, escalating concerns as appropriate to ensure a safe and positive experience. Requires regular, predictable, full attendance and completion of required training.
