Job Summary
Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assists with replenishing and stocking merchandise; keep the sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized, with proper signage for merchandise including milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food items. Replenish and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise, remove empty cardboard and dispose of packaging with a pallet jack, and return all re-shop merchandise to the floor. Maintain club policies and GOLD standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate; Fast, Friendly; Full, Fresh, Clean) while working as a collaborative team to ensure a safe, positive member experience and consistent execution. Maintain awareness of production/department performance and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment. The role emphasizes customer service, stock replenishment, merchandising upkeep, safety, and adherence to club standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required
