Job Summary
Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance while replenishing, stocking, and straightening merchandise across the sales floor. Keep the environment clean, neat, and fully organized by removing empty cardboard, folding apparel, and ensuring accurate signage is visible. Maintain all club policies and procedures, including resolving member concerns and escalating issues as appropriate. Perform other duties as assigned, such as working in other departments as needed. This part-time role requires regular, predictable attendance and involves continuous movement on hard surfaces with occasional lifting up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to move continuously on hard surfaces
- Ability to bend, climb, crawl, pull, reach, stoop, and climb ladders/step stools
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Ability to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Ability to use a pallet jack to pull and push pallets
- Ability to work with company authorized cleaning agents
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor temperatures
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures in freezers and coolers
