Job Summary
Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance while replenishing, stocking, and straightening merchandise across the sales floor. Maintain a clean, neat, and fully organized environment by folding apparel, removing empty cardboard, and ensuring visible accurate signage. Support club policies and procedures through daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards, including greeting, anticipating, and appreciating members. Perform other duties as assigned, such as working in other departments as needed, while ensuring a safe and positive environment for all.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Must be able to lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Must be able to use a pallet jack to pull and push pallets
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to climb
- Must be able to crawl
- Must be able to pull
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to climb ladders/step stools
- Must be able to work in extreme temperatures in freezers and coolers
- Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor temperatures
