Job Summary
Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance, replenish and stock merchandise, and keep the sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized. Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food items while folding apparel, books, and other goods. Remove empty cardboard from floors and shelves, replenish box bins, and use a pallet jack to move pallets. Maintain club policies, procedures, and compliance standards while ensuring a safe, positive environment for members. Work as a team to achieve goals and deliver GOLD club standards daily. Full-time attendance is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Ability to move continuously on hard surfaces
- Ability to bend, climb, crawl, pull, reach, stoop, and climb ladders/step stools
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Ability to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Ability to use a pallet jack to pull and push pallets
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures in freezers and coolers
- Ability to be exposed to company authorized cleaning agents
