Job Summary
Provide prompt, courteous service to members and replenish/stock merchandise while keeping the sales floor clean and organized. Replenish and stock milk, dairy, frozen and other merchandise; fold and organize apparel, books, and other items; ensure proper signage and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Operate equipment such as a pallet jack; uphold GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and adhere to club policies. Work as part of a team to deliver service excellence, address member concerns, and support safe, efficient club operations. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and maintaining a positive member experience.
