Job Summary
Provide prompt and courteous service, replenish and stock merchandise, and keep the sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized. Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food items while folding apparel, organizing books, and removing empty cardboard. Ensure proper signage is visible and accurate throughout the store. Maintain all club policies and procedures, including resolving member concerns and escalating issues as appropriate. Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed. This role requires regular, predictable, full attendance and adherence to GOLD Member Standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Must be able to lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Must be able to use a pallet jack to pull and push pallets
- Must be able to bend, climb, crawling, pulling, reaching, stooping and climbing ladders/step stools
- Must be able to work in extreme temperatures in freezers and coolers
- Must be able to be exposed to company authorized cleaning agents
Desired Qualifications
