Job Summary
Provide prompt, courteous service and assistance to members while replenishing, stocking, and straightening merchandise across the sales floor. Maintain a clean, neat, and fully organized environment by folding apparel, removing empty cardboard, and ensuring visible signage for all products. Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food items daily, and return re-shop merchandise to the sales floor. Adhere to club policies and procedures, escalating member concerns appropriately to ensure a safe, positive experience. Requires regular, predictable attendance and full-time commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Ability to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Ability to use a pallet jack to pull and push pallets
- Ability to bend, climb, crawling, pulling, reaching, stooping and climbing ladders/step stools
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures in freezers and coolers
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor temperatures
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI tools, including ChatGPT
