Job Summary
Responsible for providing members with prompt and courteous service and assistance, replenishing and stocking merchandise, and keeping the sales floor clean, neat and fully organized. Replenishes, refills, stocks, and straightens merchandise; ensures proper signage of merchandise; maintains GOLD club standards daily; works as a team to deliver service excellence and a safe, positive environment for members. Requires ability to move about on hard surfaces, lift up to 30 pounds, operate a pallet jack, and adhere to store policies. Flexible, fast, and friendly approach to maintaining clean, organized displays and routines across milk/dairy, food, non-food, apparel, books, and other merchandise; daily duties include stocking, signage, and ensuring signage accuracy while upholding training and certification requirements. In addition to customer service, duties include deescalation, collaboration with team, and adherence to Pay Transparency range guidance as posted (salary range $16.50-$19.80 hourly).
