Job Summary
Recovery Clerk performs stocking, replenishment, and customer-assistance duties in BJ’s Wholesale Club. Responsible for replenishing and stocking merchandise, ensuring proper signage, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and delivering friendly member service. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to club standards (GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), and safe, efficient store operations. Expected to handle merchandise replenishment across milk/dairy/freezer/food/non-food, organize apparel and books, manage cardboard disposal, and participate in department-level activities while maintaining regular attendance and applying club policies.
