Job Summary
Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance while replenishing, stocking, and straightening merchandise across the sales floor. Keep the environment clean, neat, and fully organized by removing empty cardboard, folding apparel, and ensuring accurate signage. Maintain all club policies and procedures, including proper disposal of materials and handling of returned merchandise. Perform other duties as assigned, such as working in other departments as needed. This role requires frequent movement, lifting up to 30 pounds, and exposure to cleaning agents and varying temperatures. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are available to eligible team members.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Ability to move about continuously on hard surfaces
- Ability to bend, climb, crawling, pulling, reaching, stooping and climbing ladders/step stools
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Ability to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Ability to use a pallet jack to pull and push pallets
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures in freezers and coolers
- Ability to be exposed to company authorized cleaning agents
