Job Summary
Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance while replenishing, stocking, and straightening merchandise across the sales floor. Ensure the environment remains clean, neat, and fully organized by removing empty cardboard, folding apparel, and maintaining accurate signage. Support club policies and procedures with honesty and integrity, escalating member concerns as appropriate. Maintain a friendly attitude and work as a team to achieve goals, adhering to GOLD Member Standards and daily club expectations. Regular, predictable, full attendance is required. Full-time employment with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including health plans, 401(k) match, and stock purchase plan.
