Provide prompt, courteous service and assistance to members while replenishing, stocking, and straightening merchandise across the sales floor. Maintain a clean, organized environment by removing empty cardboard, folding apparel, and ensuring accurate signage for all products. Execute daily GOLD club standards by keeping shelves full, managing promotional plans, and resolving member concerns with honesty and integrity. Adhere to all club policies, procedures, and compliance requirements while supporting the team to achieve operational goals.
