Job Summary
Recovery Center Registered Nurse (PRN) responsible for nursing care of post-surgical orthopedic patients admitted to the recovery center unit, providing care using therapeutic, rehabilitative, and preventive methods. Duties include assisting with diagnostic/therapeutic procedures, administration of medications and IV fluids, applying orthopedic devices such as CPM, dressing changes, monitoring patient condition, recognizing anesthesia-related complications, and adhering to post-operative protocols. Requires Colorado RN license, BLS, ACLS (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and ability to travel between OCR locations; full benefits listed; OCR is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree from an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program.
